hey everybody how are you its Kara McDonald your favorite title lady with Potomac Title Group Services Im back again with another video blog this is episode number 58 and today I just wanted to talk briefly about split settlements I think that some people think that its not a good idea to do split settlements because if they have their seller go with their preferred Title Company the buyers Title Company might charge exorbitant fees to their seller now first of all we defend that we go back to the buyers Title Company when we see that happen and we tell them we will only allow you to charge X number of dollars for which is a reasonable fee for say a wire transfer we dont allow that to happen when we handle seller side closings and if it becomes a real problem we will offset our fees with any additional fees charged by the buyers title company and we as Potomac title cant do the transaction but we have an attorney affiliated with Potomac title that we run these transactions thr
