open the document that you need go to insert tab at the top tools bar look for the header tool click on it to see the full list of options choose the header style that you like and click on it to insert it to the page add the title to the header if necessary you can see that every page has the same header lets insert a new page go to layout tab click on the breaks tool and choose page from the list you can see the new page also has got the same header style if you want to change the header style just click on it the design tab will appear at the top tools bar click on the header tool at the top left corner of the window and choose the style that you like from the list edit the header text now lets create separate headers for separate sections click on the header that you want to change the design tab will appear at the top tools bar go to navigation block click on link to previous option if the option was selected it will unlink the header from all other headers in the document chan
