You can even combine it with other functions to make Excel do stuff that we could never do before. I guess we just want to see it, right? So lets get to it. Lets start with the basics. So here, Im collecting different skills from different people, and everything is in a single cell. I want it split into multiple cells. No problem for TEXTSPLIT. TEXTSPLIT takes five arguments, only two of which are required. The first argument, text, is the text string to split. The second argument, coldelimiter is the delimiter to use for splitting text into separate columns. The third argument, rowdelimiter, is the delimiter to use for splitting text into separate rows.
