To convert an Excel file to PDF, you don't need to use online converters as Excel has an inbuilt feature for that. The tutorial shows three methods to convert Excel sheets or files into PDF, including using the shortcut key Ctrl + P to bring up the Print Preview options and selecting Microsoft Print to PDF. You can choose to print the active sheet, entire workbook, or a selection of cells.

Common formatting issues when converting Excel to PDF. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document.
