So Im Rosa Joyce. I go La Follette High School, and Im in 11th grade. So what Im doing right now is Im working on a piece that focuses on the struggles of Guatemalan coffee farmers to sell their coffee in the United States and abroad. And so what Im doing right now is kind of advocacy writing and writing thatll raise awareness. So first, Im informing people of the struggles that the Guatemalan farmers go through in order to sell their coffee in other places, and then Im also trying to present an alternative for the system through my own project that is trying to sell an individual coffee farmers coffee. And so Im informing other people, who I hope might consider purchasing some of the coffee for this farmer. Ive already written the whole draft once just a rough draft. And then I went through it, and I highlighted things that I thought might need to be changed. To extract text from images using the Snipping Tool, right-click the image from which you want to extract text, hover over Open with, and choose Snipping Tool from the menu that crops up. Then, click the Text actions icon in the top bar.
Annotate a snip Write or draw on or around it by selecting the Pen or Highlighter buttons. Add shapes or emojis to the snip by selecting the Shapes button. Select Eraser to remove the lines or shapes youve added. Crop the image by selecting the Image crop button.
Although the tools work best with a pen device, selecting the Touch Writing button enables you to use the Annotating tools with a mouse or touch. Select the Ballpoint Pen or Pencil to write or draw on the snip. Select either tool twice to open the color palette and select a different color or size.
In the Snipping Tool editor, click on the Pen icon, which is the third icon from the left in the toolbar. This will allow you to draw freehand on the snip. Select the text icon from the toolbar, which looks like an A. You can now click anywhere on the snip to add a text box.
