If youd like to be able to enforce a page break before or after certain portions of an article, you can create a snippet that will force a PDF page break. To do so: Go to Library Snippets. Select the + Create New Snippet button.
To crop a page: Alternatively, select the All tools menu Edit a PDF. It displays the Edit toolset in the left panel. From the Edit tools menu, select Crop page . Drag a rectangle on the section that you want to crop.
Extracting data with the Text Snip Press the Text Snip button into active mode. Select the cell that you want to link to the PDF. Draw a rectangle around the location of the data on the PDF. The data that appears in the cell is now linked to the rectangle on the PDF.
Add new text to a PDF using a PC. Open your file in the Acrobat PDF Editor. Select Fill Sign on the right side of the screen. Choose the Add Text tool, which looks like an upper-case A next to a lower-case b. Click anywhere in the PDF where youd like to add text and start typing.
You will need to select your image in Edit Mode​ to make it the active document element. You will know it is the active document element because of the red border surrounding the image. You can also right-click an image while the Edit mode is active and choose the Clip/Crop option from the context menu.
Then, click File Open to open your PDF. Step 2: With the PDF open, go to Edit More Take a Snapshot. This action will activate the selection cursor. Step 3: Click and drag to select the area you want to capture in the PDF. Release the cursor, and youll receive a notification of the taken screenshot.
