hi boys and girls now that you learned how to use the snipping tool Im going to show you how to insert the picture into your table Im going to put my cursor here where it says pansies because if you remember we snipped a picture of the perfect pansy from your virtual garden so Im gonna put my cursor here in the column where it says picture of successfully grown plant so Ill put my cursor here and then and then Im going to go to insert Im going to find the word pictures and if you remember I think I named it pansies pic so here it is right here pansies pic and Im going to insert that into my table now I think this picture is a little bit large so what Im gonna do is find a corner and I know weve talked about this in class and Im just going to make it a little bit smaller just so it fits a little bit better into our table because I know Im going to have to add other pictures into our table in addition to the two that I already have here so that is the way to insert the picture

Press the Table Snip button on the DataSnipper ribbon. Using the Document Viewer on the right-side, identify a table in your documents. You will see a blue rectangle around the table as a suggestion. Click on Snip Table and the table will be extracted into your Excel workbook.

Another way to capture a screen in Excel is to use the Snipping Tool. To do this, open the Snipping Tool by searching for it in the Start Menu or by pressing Windows+S. Then, select New and choose whether you want to snip a free-form area, rectangular area, window, or full screen.
Step 1: Re-enable DataSnipper Click File at the top left of Excel. Click Options. Click Add-ins, a new window opens. Click the Add-in button, you will see a drop-down menu Manage: Choose Disabled Items and click Go. Locate the DataSnipper Excel Add-in in the list. Click Always enable this add-in.
First of all, make sure your ImportFromWeb add-on is activated. Then, you just need to collect the URL of the page containing the table and then paste it on any cell of your spreadsheet. Once you pasted the url, just write the function =IMPORTFROMWEB(), select the cell where the URL is pasted and put a coma.
Open Excel Open Microsoft Excel and DataSnipper should be visible in the Microsoft Excel Ribbon! Import any file by clicking Import Documents and check if the document shows up. If this is not the case, try enabling DataSnipper.
