Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own electronic signature that you could use to insert into documents. Letamp;#39;s say for instance, you have to sign a document. Well, today you could print out that document, then you could sign it, then you could scan it in again, and then you could send it off. But thatamp;#39;s a lot of work. It wastes paper and you need to have a printer. I donamp;#39;t even have a printer. Today Iamp;#39;m going to show you how you could create an electronic signature, two different ways. One of them is using your phone where you sign your signature on the phone, and then weamp;#39;ll bring that onto our PC, so itamp;#39;ll be digital all the way. The second technique, weamp;#39;re going to sign our name, take a high quality photo of it, and then weamp;#39;ll bring that into the PC. So, Iamp;#39;ll show you those two different ways. See how to sign a PDF Open the PDF document and select select E-Sign from the global bar. Create your signature and initials if not already done. From the Sign panel, select your signature, move over to the field where you want to add it, and then select to place the signature.
Click Start | All Programs | Accessories | Snipping Tool. Click New in the Snipping Tool window; the cursor changes to a large + symbol. Press and hold the left mouse button to select a rectangular area around your written signature. Select as little white space around the signature as possible.
Open the PDF document with docHub Pro/Reader DC or XI application. On the right side, click Protect to open the Protect options. Click on Protect Using Password option. In the Protect Using Password dialog box, click on Editing.
You can create a digital signature using docHubs e-signature solution. Simply click the review link and opt to digitally sign. From there, select a signature source and name, then sign in to apply your digital signature. Next, you can preview your signature and authenticate it if you are satisfied with how it looks.
How to lock a PDF form after signing it Open a PDF in docHub Pro and choose Forms Signatures Prepare Form. Double-click the necessary signature field to open its Properties. In Signed, tick the box Mark as read-only. Save changes.
How to add an e-signature Open a document with docHub. Make sure you have docHub downloaded. Type, draw, or upload your signature. With docHub there are three ways to add a signature. Drag and drop your signature into the correct field. Save and send the PDF.
How to add a digital signature to a PDF document with docHub Open your document in docHub. Click the Tools tab and scroll down to the Forms and Certificates section. Click on Digitally Sign from the new options bar. Select the digital signature you want to use and click Continue.
