A snip is an image of part of the screen. Users have the option to take snips as well as to adjust basic settings. To take a snip, press the button titled New. Then, adjust the box to get the area that you would like to capture.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears.
Go to the Windows Start button and type Snipping Tool in the Search box, then open the Snipping Tool. Draw a rectangle closely around your signature. Save it as a PNG file.
Click Start | All Programs | Accessories | Snipping Tool. Click New in the Snipping Tool window; the cursor changes to a large + symbol. Press and hold the left mouse button to select a rectangular area around your written signature. Select as little white space around the signature as possible.
