hi everyone this video is really just for in case I ever forget which I shouldnt and for others that I work with that want to learn how to read line their document now the environment Im in of course as you might be able to see is the OS X Mac environment its Mavericks 10.9 point five and I am using Microsoft Word I believe 2011 version think anyways when you open a document for the first time excuse me you wont have this here on the slide this plane typically not always but witless defendants youre going through a script like Im going through now for our group motion production ninjas and I need to make changes to or want to suggest changes while still keeping the original script intact and so that the changes that I make are easily trackable what you do is you go over to your review tab and when you make a chain or when you want to start making changes theres a track changes option right here see its off right now but if I want to track my changes I turn that on because Im r

How do I remove redline in Word document?

This red line is there because there are still changes in the document that need to be accepted (which can be minor changes like double spaces or a wrongly placed comma). Step 1: Go to the Review tab and click on Accept (Word 2019). Step 2: Click on Accept All Changes and Stop Tracking.
