hi in this video weamp;#39;re going to show you the new screen recording option that comes with the windows Snipping Tool so normally the Snipping tool is used to take you know screen grab screenshots you could do you know full screen or draw a box around where you wanted to grab it and then save it or you know Mark it up before you save that kind of thing so now theyamp;#39;re going to be coming out with a version with a built-in screen recorder right now itamp;#39;s in The Insider program Dev channel here which I got running on this Windows 11 computer here so itamp;#39;ll probably make it to the final version at some point so to use it you need to youamp;#39;re going to need to have this at least this version here so Iamp;#39;m going to open up my Snipping Tool here go to the settings and you can see I got a higher version here this is 2211 I got 2212. so it came with an update and thereamp;#39;s you know your typical options in here so what you notice now is youamp;#39;ll h

How do I record part of my screen in Windows 10? Open Snipping Tool from the Windows Search bar. Click the camcorder symbol to enable recording. Click +New to start a new recording. Crop the area you want to record. Click Start to begin recording. Save the file using the Save as option.
There are four ways to open Snipping Tool: Select the Start button, enter snipping tool, then select Snipping Tool from the results. Press Windows logo key + Shift + S for a static image snip. Press Print Screen (PrtSc) for a static image snip. Press Windows logo key + Shift + R for a video snip.
