On Windows. Right-click on your image. Hover over the Open With option and select photos. Select the Print icon, and in the printer drop-down menu, select Microsoft Print to PDF.
To save an image from a PDF, simply open the document and click on the image you want to extract. Once highlighted, right-click on the image and select Copy. Then, open your favorite document or image processor, and paste the copied image into it.
Ctrl+Shift+I Create a new screenshot using the full-screen snip mode. Note that these shortcuts may not work if the Snipping Tool window is inactive. Before using the shortcuts, you will need to click on the Snipping Tool window or use the Alt+Tab shortcut to switch to the Snipping Tool.
