hello Im Kathleen saying Im the owner and creative director of sunny kilogram Microsoft Word is a great word processing tool but it also allows you to work with pictures for example you can take a screenshot of your screen and insert it into Microsoft Word Im going to show you how to do that right now lets take a look first obviously you would need to take a screenshot of something so Im just going to take a screenshot of my Firefox start page if youre on a Mac you would do shift command 3 on your keyboard ok to take a screenshot of your screen currently and if youre on our PC hold down the Alt key and then hit the Print Screen button alright so I just took a screenshot and its actually over here okay its just a screenshot of the start page on Firefox and now lets go over to Microsoft Word open that up and to insert the screenshot into Word obviously navigate to a section of your document where you want the image to be inserted and for our purposes Im just going to leave it
