The default location where snips are saved is in a folder called Screenshots in your Pictures folder. The file name format is: Screenshot(x).
To capture a screenshot on an Android phone or tablet, press the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously. When it works, you will hear a capture sound and see a screenshot preview at the bottom left of the screen, where you can tap on it to edit or share.
You can, however, copy text from pictures in OneNote and paste them as editable text. If you prefer using keyboard shortcuts, press Alt+N+R to start your screen clipping.

Best thing you can do is this: Take a screen shot using the Snip n Sketch tool. Click on the [] Select Paint on the menu that will show up (you can try another photo editor app if you have another one) On the Paint window, youll see your screen shot. Click on the place you want to add the text and just type it in.
Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time. If that doesnt work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot. If neither of these work, go to your phone manufacturers support site for help.
