Screen Snips in Windows 10 are stored in the Pictures folder, in a subfolder called Screenshots. To access your screenshots, open File Explorer, and then navigate to Pictures Screenshots. All the screenshots you take will be saved in this folder. You can also access screenshots from the Photos app.
Select the Start button, enter snipping tool, then select Snipping Tool from the results. Press Windows logo key + Shift + S for a static image snip. Press Print Screen (PrtSc) for a static image snip. Press Windows logo key + Shift + R for a video snip.
The shortcut key to open the Snipping Tool in Windows is Windows Key + Shift + S.
Use Snipping Tool to make changes or notes, then save, and share. To start using the Snipping Tool press Windows logo key + Shift + S.
