OpenOffice Calc: Another free and open-source spreadsheet program that can also read and edit CSV files. CSVed: A lightweight and easy-to-use CSV editor that supports a wide range of character encodings. CSVFileView: A small and portable CSV viewer that allows you to view and sort CSV files by different columns.
Usually, Excel or Google sheet is the best option for opening the CSV file, but you can also try Notepad and OpenOffice Calc if you want your data there.
There are three ways we recommend viewing a CSV file. Open with Notepad or other text editors. Choose File-Open and locate the CSV. Import to Excel. Open Excel with an empty worksheet, then choose Data-From Text/CSV. Open with Windows PowerShell.

Making a CSV file readable Locate your CSV file and open it with Excel. Mark column A (1) and enter the Data tab in the top menu (Alt + A): Select Text to Columns. Select Delimitedand click Next Tick off Tab and Comma. Click on Advanced
Adding images to a CSV file requires that your images are available on the internet and that you have a public URL for them, which you can add to your CSV file. If the images are already on a website, you can just use their existing URL.
