Another way to capture a screen in Excel is to use the Snipping Tool. To do this, open the Snipping Tool by searching for it in the Start Menu or by pressing Windows+S. Then, select New and choose whether you want to snip a free-form area, rectangular area, window, or full screen.
Insert a screenshot or screen clipping Click in the document at the location where you want to add the screenshot. In Excel, Outlook, and Word: On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click. The Available Windows gallery appears, showing you all the windows that you currently have open.

Go to the Home tab on the ribbon. Press with left mouse button on the black arrow near the copy button, see image below. A popup menu appears.
Save a single worksheet Right-click the worksheet name tab. Click select Move or Copy. Click on the Move selected sheets to Book drop-down menu. Select (new book). Click OK. Your new workbook opens with your moved worksheet. Click File Save in your new workbook.
