hello everyone welcome to secular Channel and in todayamp;#39;s video Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to fix if the windows Snipping Tool shortcut is not working so what you have to do first is right click on your taskbar and then click on task manager now from here look for Windows Explorer if you donamp;#39;t see it here scroll all the way down and here is Windows Explorer and then right click on it and then click on restart now give it a few seconds for everything to restart and then close this one and then see if the Snipping Tool shortcut is working if not then what you have to do is right click on this chat box icon here and then go to focus assist and then make sure it is selected to alarms only and if you see that it is turned off just select alarms only now one last fix that you can try what you have to do is go to start and then go to settings now from here go to privacy now from the left scroll down until you find background apps and then click on it now in here scroll d
