hi this is Rachel stone with CCT and Im going to show you how to copy some Excel data as a picture that you can then easily paste elsewhere not as editable data but just as an image and first Im going to add a button to do this to our quick access toolbar so at the end of the quick access toolbar click the more button then more commands under choose commands from choose commands not in the ribbon and then look for a copy as picture double click that one to add it to your list and click OK and heres our button Im going to select the data that I want to copy Ill select this group of cells and then click the button we have a few choices I can choose to copy it as shown on screen you can also choose as shown when printed if you have different print settings for your workbooks you may want to choose this one and then under format as picture or as bitmap and Ill leave this here is picture and as shown on screen and click OK now lets go paste what weve copied so Ill just insert a ne

On the Ribbon, select the Picture tab. , then select Crop. Black crop handles appear on the edges of the picture. With your mouse, point at a crop handle, then click and drag inward to trim the margin of the image.
Another way to capture a screen in Excel is to use the Snipping Tool. To do this, open the Snipping Tool by searching for it in the Start Menu or by pressing Windows+S. Then, select New and choose whether you want to snip a free-form area, rectangular area, window, or full screen.
Open Snipping Tool and take a screenshot Press Windows logo key + Shift + S. The desktop will darken while you select an area for your screenshot. Rectangular mode is selected by default. The screenshot is automatically copied to your clipboard.
If you want to take a screenshot of only a specific window, you can press Alt+Print Screen while your cursor is on that window. This will take a screenshot of only that window and save it to your clipboard. You can then paste it into Excel as usual.
