Easily snip guide in ANS to work with documents in different formats

To take a screenshot of a part of your screen, hold down Shift + Command + 4 together. When you do this, youll notice that your cursor changes from an arrow to a crosshair. Click on one corner of the area you want to capture and drag it over the full area that you want to include in your screenshot.
The snipping tool is a powerful feature of most Windows computers and can be used to create images of the devices screen. Using the snipping tool is very straightforward. To access it, simply search snipping tool in the windows search bar.
