hey so in this video weamp;#39;re going to check out how to cut the bread so for cutting the bread itamp;#39;s really important to know this concept called the hinge cut so let me write that down for you so youamp;#39;re going to learn something called the hinge cut and all that means is say you have a piece of bread iamp;#39;ll make two pieces of bread here when you cut it youamp;#39;re going to cut it at a 45 degree like that so say weamp;#39;re looking at the piece of bread you cut it at 45 45 degree instead of uh i guess a 90 degree like that okay so iamp;#39;ll show you what i mean in the video here so i marked on the bread as you see here let me go back um you see that itamp;#39;s at a 45 degree angle to the bread so you would think that you would cut the bread like in half like this but to show you later you want to cut a hinge cut like this so that the meat and veggies sit nicely in the bread if you cut it flat then everything is going to fall out all right and so iamp
