The Snipping tool doesnt offer a built-in method to add arrows to pictures. Once you have captured a screenshot using the Snipping tool, its automatically saved in the Pictures Screenshots folder. Open the screenshot in an app that lets you add arrows and use the above steps to insert the arrow.
