hey there i understand youamp;#39;re having trouble getting uh on the internet using your dongle let me show you what i think the problem is and a quick easy solution to get you rolling here first of all this is my macbook pro you can see iamp;#39;m using a safer tech usbc dongle to connect to the internet and i am online currently the dongle is connected to a netgear switch we have those on tech wellness too but let me tell you what does happen this is a very uh known problem for max especially iamp;#39;m going to go up here to the wi-fi in my in my top nav and then below wi-fi hit network preferences now you get a network preference window that comes up as you can see iamp;#39;m connected via ethernet so thatamp;#39;s cool so i am able to browse itamp;#39;s all working great however sometimes when you plug these things in uh it gives itself whatamp;#39;s called a self-assigned ip address so if your box looks like this instead has the self-assigned ip address of that and will n
