The teacher selects their class from a designated list, which should only display if they are assigned as the form teacher; otherwise, they must check with their grade supervisor. To set up the class, the teacher clicks the "setup class" button in the toolbar, maximizes the window for better visibility, and selects the holding class from the list. After identifying the students to be transferred, the teacher clicks the "add selected rows" button to pull the chosen students from the holding class into their own.
