[Music] hello today I show you how to compress a lot of files into one large file and this is often easier to send for example to colleagues or friends that you have requested a lot of files from you on a Mac this is pretty easy you just go into finder window and navigate to your documents you want to compress this case we are in my local Documents folder you can just click and hold your mouse and drag a rectangle around the data you want to select you can do the same in this view you can just click hold and drag to select the data you dont need but this is of course not very accurate so if you want to now make a selection a bit more refined just press and hold the command key which is left and right from the spacebar and click to select or deselect individual files in this case Im going to include those folders into my archive now to a right click and choose compress the items you selected or if you dont know yet how to right-click go over the finder here under file compress five
