in PowerPoint you can add an easy Watermark to all of your slides by going to the view tab click on slide master and on the very top slide this is the parent side insert a text box that says whatever you want your watermark to say in this case Im going to insert a text box that says draft and we are going to edit that text to make it really big and really bold we will turn it a very light shade of gray once its there and we will just position the text box perfectly on that slide whatever you put on this top parent slide will now appear on every other slide in your PowerPoint deck so here is my draft Watermark text Im going to put it in the middle of the side and you can see now its on every single one of the child layouts now when you go back to normal view you can insert new slides with new layouts and the draft Watermark will be there the entire time if you want to remove it just go back to the slide master and delete that text box

You can add text or image watermarks, which appear behind your text and will repeat on every page of your document. You can also edit or delete watermarks in your document. Important: This feature isnt available in documents that are in pageless format.
Add or edit a text watermark On your computer, open a document in Google Docs. Go to Insert. Watermark. In the panel on the right, click Text. Type the text you want to appear as a watermark. Optional: In the panel on the right, you can format your watermark. Click Done.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. If you dont see the watermark, click View Print Layout.
