And Im not just going to show you different ways to add a watermark to your presentation. Im also going to show you a few troubleshooting tips to make sure that they appear properly when and how you want them. And the first thing that you need to do before you even think about putting a stamp in your presentation is you need to ask yourself a couple key questions. And the first question you want to always ask yourself is, do I want this stamp to appear on every single slide in my presentation or just on one or a few? That will determine where exactly you place it. And the second question you want to ask yourself is, do I want to be able to edit the stamp down the road, make changes to it without having to start all over from scratch? In Slide Master view, in the thumbnail pane on the left, click the slide layout(s) where you want to add a picture watermark. Right-click the slide and click Format Background. In the Format Background pane on the right, click Picture or Texture Fill, and under Insert picture from, click an option.
Add the watermark On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click WordArt, and then click the text style that you want to use for your watermark. Select the watermark, and then drag it to the position that you want. Select the text inside the watermark, and then type the text that you want to use.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark box, select Picture Select Picture, and then browse to the picture you want to use. Next to Scale, make sure Auto is selected and Washout is checked, and then choose OK.
Right-click the slide and click Format Background. In the Format Background pane on the right, click Picture or Texture Fill, and under Insert picture from, click an option. In the Format Background pane, slide the Transparency bar to the right to set the transparency percentage.
To add a watermark to all the slides, Select View Slide Master. Scroll to the top of the thumbnail pane on the left, and select the first item, the slide master. Select Insert Text Box, and then click and drag to draw the text box on the slide master. Type the watermark text (such as DRAFT) in the text box.
