The first is to simply add columns to the default body text in a word processing document. So lets create a new Pages document using the basic blank template here. Now what youve got is a word processing document. You can tell you have a word processing document by looking at File and it says Convert to Page Layout. That means youre in word processing mode and not Page Layout mode. A word processing document has one text box that basically goes from page to page. With its powerful tools and dazzling effects, Keynote makes it easy to create stunning and memorable presentations, and comes included with most Apple devices. Use Apple Pencil on your iPad to create diagrams or illustrations that bring your slides to life.
Change an existing layout On the View tab, in the Master Views group, click Slide Master. In the pane that contains the slide masters and layouts, click the layout that you want to edit. Edit the layout. In the Close group, click Close Master View.

If you are an Apple user and you want to create a stunning presentation without looking for templates Keynote might be the right solution. However, if collaboration is important for you and your team works on different types of devices, Google Slides is the safer option.
Unfortunately, Keynote uses a lot of storage, which is a big downside, making my iCloud more expensive as a result. Another negative point is that it is a limited-use software since only Apple users can enjoy it, making it difficult to share files.
The Google Slides and CloudApp integration is available for Mac, iOS and Chrome. Downloading is quick and easy. Access the app from above, from the Apple Store for Mac and iOS, or from the Chrome Webstore to add the extension to Chrome.
