in this video were going to go through Excel chapter 4 hands-on exercise 2 simulation training for my IT lab with office 2019 in this activity were going to work with tables and tables are a great way to work with a lot of data at once so we have cell a5 here and we are gonna create a table from the existing data and what were gonna do by starting here its going to try and guess what our table looks like so we are gonna go to insert and we are going to insert a table so since we are starting here in the top left it takes a look at our data and it looks kind of like a table already so it makes a really good guess about a 5 - j 112 as our actual data and that is what we wanted to work in and we are going to do the my table has headers and the only difference there is if we had unchecked this it would create new headers for us but you can tell this Row 5 already has the titles in there theres not data in that Row 5 so my table already has headers and well say ok now youll notice if
