hey guys welcome back to digital slinny channel on youtube and i hope you watched the previous video the one just before this video because i introduced the topic of open slide and we used open slide to open a whole slide image and for visualization purposes we resized it to smaller resolutions and we also learned about how we can look at various levels within that whole slide image meaning different resolutions that are stored as part of that whole slide image and how we can work with different levels and finally we ended that video by talking about how we can divide this large image into smaller tiles of a specific size in fact we did save 256 by 256 resolution tiles into our local drive so this video you can think of this as an extension of that where i would like to show you while youre saving these as tiles you can perform some sort of a processing operations and as an example i chose this application of normalizing your hmd stained image why normalizing because if you just goog
