Its really important during this exercise that all movement comes from below the knee. Turn your foot inward as much as you can. Hold this for a second, relax it, and now turn it outward and repeat. You want to do this one nice and slowly for 10 to 15 repetitions in both directions. To take this one to the next level, lets turn our foot inward, but this time around, do a kicking motion. So straighten your knee by bringing your foot upward towards the ceiling. Hold this for a second.
