You can hit the escape key on your keyboard, click the close button in the top right corner of the screen, or use the shortcut key combination Alt+F4 on Windows or Command+Option+Esc on a Mac. All of these methods will exit fullscreen mode and take you back to your normal workspace.
RAW images take significantly more storage than JPEG images. You'll have to consider this with both memory cards and the camera itself. Take up too much space, and the camera frame rate drops down significantly. You'll also have to account for using up way more computer or device storage space.
To apply any process settings changes to the selected camera raw image and close this dialog box without opening the image in the Photo Editor, click the “Done” button in the lower-right corner.
If you're shooting in jpeg only, or JPEG + RAW, your camera will give you a choice of color space for the JPEGs. I'd recommend using AdobeRGB there. But again, if you're shooting RAW only, then you don't need to worry about any of the color space settings in your camera, they won't have any effect.
RAW files are significantly bigger than JPEG (and any other) image file formats. That's because they contain all the raw image information captured by your digital camera's sensors, completely uncompressed.
RAW files are uncompressed, so they take up more space on your hard drive but they retain all of the image data. This makes them ideal for editing because you have more information to work with. That's pros love shooting in RAW. However, RAW files are not as easy to edit as JPEGs.
A raw image doesn't really have a defined color space. A raw file isn't even an image, at least when your camera records it. Instead, it's a stream of information from the sensor.
Not only do RAW files require more time editing, but they take up more space on the memory card and they will fill up your camera's buffer faster too. So, you'll be forced to shoot smaller continuous bursts and you'll need larger memory cards as well.
Tap F to toggle Full Screen Mode. Command + 1, 2, 3-9 (Mac) | Control + 1, 2, 3-9 (Win) displays the corresponding edit panel (Basic, Curve, Detail etc.).
