In this video tutorial, Shawn Wood demonstrates how to change the page size in PowerPoint. He begins by acknowledging that users often stick with PowerPoint’s default settings. To modify the page size, he instructs viewers to navigate to the top tab and select "Design." From there, he clicks on "Page Setup" located on the far left. Shawn highlights that while the default setting is standard, there are various options available in the drop-down menu, including letter, legal, and A3 paper sizes. He selects A4 paper in portrait mode, reviews the dimensions, and clicks OK. The tutorial concludes with the display of the new A4 page size, suitable for creating infographics.
