In this tutorial, we create a media gallery template utilizing a portrait layout, meaning the slide is taller than it is wide. To change the slide orientation in PowerPoint 2013, navigate to the Design tab, select Slide Size, and choose Custom Slide Size. The default setting is widescreen, but for this project intended for an iPad, we need to adjust it to a 4x3 ratio. To do this, change the slide size from widescreen to Onscreen Show (4x3) and select the portrait layout. The dimensions will display as 10 inches in width and 7.5 inches in height, reflecting the orientation change. After adjustments, click OK to return to the slide, and proceed with the next steps.
