okay next shoulder exercise is called table slides and we do this in a seated position right up against the table here you can see how shes got the injured arm right up here on the table and we have it on a towel here that will allow her to slide the arm nice and easy across whatever surface that youre using you can either do this in a regular chair or a rolling type of stool both are acceptable so youre going to start in this position here youre going to get to this position by using the other arm to support the injured arm and that uninjured arm is going to lift the injured side and place it gently onto the table and then youre going to place the hand right there on that and then what you do is you take this other hand you keep it right on the hand of the injured side and then what shes going to do is just lean forward and shes going to use the uninjured arm to help push that shoulder up just like that shes going to lean as far forward as you can now you might only be able to
