here is April and Mark back at physical were going to go over a second exercise that I really like it this is called a heel slide except we do it a little bit differently here what youve been told so April is going to relate to get her experience and how she was taught to do it and this is not a knock against how anybody tells you to do it its just we have a different way of doing it here so shes going to tell you her story first initially after I met with the Orthopedic and knew that we needed surgery one of the exercises I had to do at home was called a heel slide and I was supposed to slide my leg up like this I did these at home and they were very painful and very hard to do then once I came in to mark and we started he added exercises that we tweaked a few we started to use a strap which gave me more range of motion assistance and also helped me straighten my leg so well show you how we did that so what I do about the game belt a towel if you kind of strap or if you put it a
