[Music] so for this demonstration chris has stood up and transferred into bed but hes not able to get himself back onto the bed far enough because the bed doesnt go quite low enough for him so im using a slide sheet to assist him back into bed um the slide shes been positioned with a good gap at the edge its really important not to have it right up to the edge because he may slip off you must have somebody in front so im going to assist chris by coming down onto my knees and assisting his legs up onto my thighs and long term i would use a step or a box for this im asking chris to help a little bit so place your hands on the bed and ive also got a second person behind this may or may not be necessary to hold the top layer of my folded flat slide sheet so chris what id like you to do is to lean back and push yourself back so im going to very gently prompt but not push okay when youre ready so hes just come back onto the bed enough so hes into the center at this stage were g
