Change a shape in PowerPoint Click the shape that you want to change. To select multiple shapes, press and hold Ctrl while you click the shapes. On the Insert tab, click Shapes. Click the shape you want, click anywhere in the workspace, and then drag to place the shape. To create a perfect square or circle (or constrain the dimensions of other shapes), press and hold Shift while you drag.
Click the Drawing Tools Format, Drawing Format, or Shape Format tab in the Ribbon. In the Insert Shapes group, click the arrow beside Edit Shape to display a drop-down menu. Select Change Shape and then click another shape in the gallery.
On the Design tab of the Ribbon, select Page Setup. The Page Setup dialog box opens. Select the Slides Sized for list to open it, and then select Custom at the bottom of the list. In the Height and Width boxes, specify the dimensions you want.
