Under Text Box Tools, on the Format tab, in the Text Box Styles group, click Change Shape, and then click the shape that you want.
Edit shape Change shape choose the new shape.
On the Design tab of the Ribbon, select Page Setup. The Page Setup dialog box opens. Select the Slides Sized for list to open it, and then select Custom at the bottom of the list. In the Height and Width boxes, specify the dimensions you want.
If you want to change the outline of a picture and make it a shape (like a circle or a star), use the cropping tools on the PICTURE TOOLS FORMAT tab. Select the picture (or pictures) that you want to crop. On the PICTURE TOOLS FORMAT tab, click Crop Crop to Shape, and then pick the shape you want.
Set the slide size and orientation On the File menu, click Page Setup. Under Size, select an option from the Slide sized for list. If you select Custom, enter sizes in the Width and Height boxes. Under Orientation, choose an orientation for both your slides and any notes or handouts you plan to print.
Video: Format shapes Select the shapes you want to format. Select Shape Fill to fill the selected shapes with a solid color, gradient, texture, or picture. Select Shape Outline to pick the color, width, or line style for your shapes border. Select Shape Effects to give your shapes a shadow, reflection, or glow.
Select the slide you want and click Insert Shapes Rectangle. Tip: To add a border to all your slides, edit the Slide Master. Click and drag to draw the rectangle so it almost fills the slide.
Select the shape or text box to which you want to add, change, or remove a border. Click Shape Format, and then click the arrow next to Shape Outline. Either click the color that you want, or mix your own color by clicking More Outline Colors. Point to Weight, and then choose the line weight that you want.
