Before we begin this lesson, ensure you have PowerPoint launched with created slides. To print, select the Office Button. Mouse over to Print, and select the Print command. In the Print dialog box, select the printer that you are going to print from. To print the slides of the presentation, select Slides in the Print what: drop-down list. As for printing handouts of the presentation, select Handouts instead. Then, in the Slides per page box, select 6 to print 6 slides in the handout.
