If a particular slide wont print, check to see that there are no images extending off the edge of the slide. That can cause printing to fail on some printers. You can use the cropping tool on the Picture toolbar to crop the image to the edge of the slide if need be. This seems to fix the problem.
In PowerPoint, with your presentation open, click File then Print. In the Print window, in the Settings section, click the Full Page Slides drop-down menu. In the Handouts section of the drop-down menu, choose a multiple slide handout. If you want to take notes on your printouts, choose 3 slides.
If youre using a different size paper, the margins will print out wrong unless you set the slide size to match the paper youre using. Set the slide size in the Design tab by clicking the Page Setup button on the left side.
Solution: Go to Transution Tab and check if the Advance Slide on Mouse Click Option is checked. If not, Check the option and Apply it to All slides. This will ensure that your slides move forward in slideshow option.
Go to Design Slide Size Custom Slide Size. Select either Portrait or Landscape, depending on the orientation of the slide you want to print.
The PowerPoint standard print options do not allow you to print multiple slides and notes on the same sheet of paper; you can only print one slide and its notes per page. Or, as an alternative, you can print handouts with multiple slides per page, but you wont be able to add the notes associated with each slide.
To create a poster slide, create a new slide (with nothing on it), then go to File/Page Setup. Select Slide sized for: Custom and change the measurements to the size of your poster in inches (i.e., 3 x 4 would be 36 x 48). 2.
Under Settings, click Full Page Slides. A window will show up where you can pick how many slides you want on one page. 3. Select how many slides you want on one page and click the big Print button.
