if you download a PowerPoint presentation I want to printers you can simply go to the file print option and then you can choose various options here one option is to print full page slides which means that one slide per page however it may be more economical and environmentally sustainable to put more than one slide per page so for example you can choose three slides in this case its putting three slides with space for you to write underneath its doing this in a landscape orientation you can change that to portrait if you prefer with the details at the space to write in on each sit on each side you can choose to print both sides you can choose four sides horizontal force six lights and various other combinations depending on whats more useful for you when youve made your choice a good option here is to choose scale to fit paper that makes the slides as big as possible on the page and you can also choose whether the slides are framed as they are now or not framed which will just r

Print slides On the File menu select Print. Select Show Details at the bottom of the dialog box. In the Layout box, select Slides. Set the other printing options you want, and select Print.
