PowerPoint handouts allow you to print multiple pages on one page. Go to the File tab in the top left of the ribbon (or use Ctrl +P), and choose Print on the left. In the new view that appears, under Settings, youll find options for which slides to print, and then the Print Layout options.
If you want to scale PDFs for printing purposes and you have docHub 2017, 2020 or DC version you can use it to scale a document for printing. Open the file in docHub. Select Print from the File menu or press Ctrl-P on the keyboard. Select Size and then select the size option that suits your needs.
To change the slide size: Select the Design tab of the toolbar ribbon. Select Page Setup on the left end of the toolbar. In the Page Setup dialog box, under Slides sized for, choose the predefined size you want, or choose Custom and specify the dimensions you want.
On the File menu select Print. Select Show Details at the bottom of the dialog box. In the Layout box, select one of the Handout options, depending on how many slides per page you want.
In the Settings section, select Full Page Slides. Click Handouts. You can print as many as nine slides on a single page.
Print your presentation Select File Print. For Printer, select the printer you want to print to. For Settings, select the options you want: Print All Slides: To print each slide on a single sheet or change to just print a range of slides. For Copies, select how many copies you want to print. Select Print.
