congratulations youve got some event coming up maybe its a wedding or graduation maybe its a team event at work and you wont have a slide show that circles through and shows a bunch of pictures of people lots of fun right and its easy enough you could just go into your PowerPoint slide insert a picture navigate around find the pictures but there is actually an easier way to do it and thats what were talking about here today start by going over to your insert tab and where it says photo albums click on that navigate to the file where the pictures are select all the pictures and hit insert theres a lot of different features that you could use from here you could change the order of the pictures by moving them up or down you can make modifications to the pictures themselves if they need a little bit of tweaking you can actually change how the pictures appear on the screen you see this one will give you four pictures per slide and you can actually browse to select different themes
