Slide Sorter view Slide Sorter view gives you a view of your slides in thumbnail form. This view makes it easy for you to sort and organize the sequence of your slides as you prepare to print your slides.
Rearrange Outline Content Right-click the slide you want to move. Click Move Up or Move Down. You can also rearrange slides by clicking and dragging them to a new location.
It essentially divides the slide into three horizontal rows and three horizontal columns. There are a couple of different ways to use the Rule of Thirds.
