You will find the Hide Ink button under the Review tab in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Clicking it will toggle ink on or off. When the Hide Ink icon is highlighted in grey, ink markup is being hidden. When it is not highlighted, ink markup is being shown.
PowerPoint: Apply an Ink Replay animation for a slide show On the Draw tab, tap Lasso Select and select the ink you want to apply the animation to. Tap the Animations tab, and then select Replay or Rewind from the Animation Effects gallery. By default the animation effect starts On Click.
Each feature works slightly differently than another and differently in PowerPoint versus Word and Excel. The ink features are available in versions of Microsoft Office including 2016 and later along with Microsoft 365 on Windows and Mac. The Ink Replay feature, however, is only available to Microsoft 365 subscribers.
Convert your ink drawings to shapes Draw the shape of your choice. It automatically converts to the equivalent Office graphic shape. The shape you create is the same color as your ink color choice was. Once the shape is created, you can edit the fill color, transparency, and style by using the Format tab.

You define the pens you want to have, and they are then available in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. On the Draw tab of the Ribbon, tap a pen to select it. By default, you cant use the show or hide ink option . To use the ink annotation you need to add the draw tab to the ribbon, or you can use it directly if your computer has touch screen. Ink Annotation in MS-Word, Excel PowerPoint is used to highlight the content or draw something you like.
Find the drawing tools Go to the Review tab and select Start Inking to display the Ink Tools and Pens tab.
