Turning off Presenter View on PowerPoint for Mac Once PowerPoint is open select PowerPoint at top of screen. Choose Preferences. In the Output and Sharing pane, click Slide Show. Uncheck Always start Presenter View with 2 displays.
Do one of the following: If an external display is connected to your Mac: Click. in the toolbar on your Mac. Your presentation begins to play on the connected display, and Keynote on your Mac switches to show the presenter display. If no external display is connected to your Mac: Choose Play Rehearse Slideshow.
In PowerPoint, press Option+Return to start Presenter View preview at the current slide. You will see Presenter View on your screen with the slide, your notes, what the next slide/build will be, and a filmstrip of slides at the bottom of the screen.
Step 1: Press Command + Spacebar to open Spotlight Search, type Keynote, and press Return. Step 2: Open your presentation. Step 3: Click on the Document tab in the top-right corner. Step 4: Under Slideshow Settings, select Loop Slideshow.
How to make a slideshow on a Mac with Preview Launch the Preview app from the Dock. Select the images you want to include in the slideshow and click Open. Click View at the top of your screen and select the Slideshow option from the drop-down menu. Use the buttons on the screen to control the slideshow.
