i will talk about these hydraulic slides on the alpine some alpines like mine all three slide outs are hydraulic the two main slides are through the frame and if you look up underneath these youll see gear pack assemblies and well see if i can do this without killing myself and right there is a gear pack assembly and if we went all the way forward up underneath there theres another gear pack assembly so the main slides are through the frame and theyre going to have gear pack assemblies so now were looking at my bedroom slide and this is also a hydraulic slide but if i extended to slide out which i cant do right now because we have an impending storm coming in if i extend this slide out and look up on the bottom you wont see anything there except a nice smooth covering and the way this slide works is if you go inside lift up the bed and take off the access wood board on this hydraulic slide youll see a single cylinder in there with an extend and retract hydraulic line attached
