It is also possible to create them with a document markup language, for instance with the LaTeX class Beamer.
Embed Existing Slide Alternatively, copy the slide directly from PowerPoint by selecting it, and then pressing Ctrl-C. Click where you want to embed the slide in the email composition window, and then paste the slide by clicking Ctrl-V. Note that when you transfer the slide as an image, any animation in it is lost.
Add a section Right-click between slides and select Add Section. An Untitled Section is added in the thumbnail pane. Right-click the Untitled Section and then select Rename Section. Type a name in the Section name box. Select Rename. To collapse a section, click the triangle next to the section name.
Add a new slide In the slide thumbnail pane on the left, click the slide that you want your new slide to follow. On the Home tab, click New Slide. In the New Slide dialog box, select the layout that you want for your new slide. Learn more about slide layouts. Select Add Slide.
Share a slide from PowerPoint on Windows Copy the thumbnail picture (right-click and choose Copy). Switch to your email program, such as Outlook. Start a new email message. Click the message pane, and paste the copied slide.
