single-leg slider circles if you dont have a purple slider like I do here you can just try and moving your foot above the ground just dont hike your hips keep a neutral spine and pelvis make sure that you stance leg in this case my left leg is not moving up and down its just supporting trying to fire that left glute while the right leg is doing those sweeping circles
